The site consists of four different sites placed on the four corners of a crossroad in Mashhad.
The most primary character of the project is the urban plaza in the center of the complex.
The spaces within the project include the following function:
- Parking
-Commercial spaces (traditional bazaar)
- Hotel (six hotels)
- Restaurant
- Sports spaces
​In general, different factors play an important role in the design process of the project, such as:
- Providing a suitable urban space
- Providing a sustainable and self-energy building
- Designing a modular structure.
- Designing a project which is economically feasible
