Tehran, Iran - 12000 Sq.m (130000 Sq.ft) of shopping and office spaces

Architect: Arvin Nassim yazd
The main concept for the facade comes from WARP & WOOF of fabric which abstractly becomes a modern architecture resembling the touch of fabric or textile.  The reason of this concept was the benetton’s products which is mostly clothes.
On the other hand the texture on the south and west side of the building will act as sun shade  to block undesirable sunlight.
The functions which are included in this 9 story building are shopping areas, offices, residential area and parking.
