This residence is located in Palo Alto, a prime residential city in California. Our client owned a single family house in Palo alto  and decided to convert the existing parking garage to new accessory dwelling unit. overall square footage of the garage was 400SF and we were able to create a separate junior 1 bedroom space in addition to new storage space for the main residence.
