The concept is based on light penetration, which leads to two glass surfaces emerging from two solid boxes.
The distance between the two boxes and the two northern and southern full glass facades enables sufficient light to penetrate into the spaces. The eastern and western sides of the building are designed to be solid to block undesirable sunlight.
The project consists of 78 residential units on 11 floors.
51 of which are more than 200 Sq.m (2200 Sq.ft) The rest are suites and town houses with up to 100 Sq.m (1100 Sq.ft). The whole project is a 39,000 Sq.m (420,000 Sq.ft) building placed on a 4,000 Sq.m (43,000 Sq.ft) site.
