The main concept in design was to have an urban platform as a plaza in the central part of the site to act as a connection for the other functions. The functions, which are included in the platform, are commercial, recreational, and restaurant spaces. On the roof of the platform is a green public park for all the inhabitants in the neighborhood.
On the center part of the platform there are two 50 stories towers. One of these towers has residential function and the other is office building. Six other six story buildings are derive from the two main towers.
