This project has been designed based on an existing structure, built around 1998, that was stopped due to the clients will. The structure was left for nearly 10 years until 2008 when the new owner wanted Bavand to design 3 new structures, in addition to completing the existing structure.
Due to the orientation of the existing structure, which was about 45 degrees from the street line, other design elements, such as the new office tower, followed the same concept. Meaning that the new tower mimicked the orientation to make a triangular plaza in front of both buildings.
In general, this project consists of the following functions:
-commercial - office - cultural - sports center and sufficient amount of parking for the complex. According to the existing building on the site, this design was the best way to combine these functions next to each other.
