Zibakenar is a city in the Northern part of Iran. The site is located right on the Bay Shore as the extension of an existing hotel.
The project consists of a five star hotel, sports complex, restaurants, a shopping center, and a parking structure.
The whole building is like a sailboat amidst the waves. The hotel is a 21 floors building, the ground floor comprises the lobby and restaurants, while the first floor consists of management offices and ballrooms. Hotel rooms start from the third floor.
